I ordered from nixon.com and the watch showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. That said, it arrived later than the date I was given at checkout, and the tracking didn’t update for a couple days, which was annoying. The product itself is solid, but the delivery experience definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Order was mostly right"
My order showed up quickly, or at least quicker than I expected, I can’t remember if it was earlier this week or late last week that I placed it. Most of it was fine, but one of the items came in a different color than the one I’m sure I picked. Not a huge deal, but it was still kind of annoying.

I ordered from nixon.com and expected the usual waiting around like with a lot of other online stores, but this showed up way quicker than I thought. Tracking came through fast, and the package even arrived a couple days early. Compared to most shipments I’ve dealt with, this one was super smooth. No issues at all, really happy with it.

"Finally, a site that didn’t make me annoyed"
Using Nixon.com was way easier than I expected. I found the watch I wanted quickly, the filters actually worked like they should, and checkout didn’t turn into some long annoying chore. The photos loaded fast too, which is apparently too much to ask from a lot of sites these days. Overall, it was just smooth and I didn’t have to click around forever, which I seriously appreciated.

"Feels solid and dependable"
I’ve been wearing this watch for a bit now, and it feels really solid. It kind of reminds me of the sturdy watch my dad used to wear every day. The quality feels good, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far

The watches have a really clean, stylish look, I can see why people like them. A few of the designs just felt a little too bulky for me to wear every day. The site was easy enough to browse, nothing amazing but it worked fine

I sent my watch in to get repaired, and to be fair, it did come back working perfectly fine. The only thing is the updates were kind of lacking, and the whole process took waaaay longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the service had been a bit quicker.

I grabbed a Nixon watch from nixon.com i’m happy with it so far. The price felt fair and the watch actually feels nicer than I was expecting for what I paid. Shipping was normal, nothing weird or delayed. I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now and it still looks basically new. Not like, the cheapest watch out there or anything, but for the quality, it feels worth it to me.

"Super easy exchange, no fuss"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size watch band and figured the exchange might be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. I filled out the return form in just a couple minutes, sent it back, and the right size showed up quickly. it was way smoother than I expected, and I really appreciated that there was no hassle or back-and-forth.

"Still holding up after all this time"
I bought a Nixon watch from nixon.com about three years ago, and it’s been through a lot. Work days, gym bags, rain, getting knocked off counters a few times… and it’s still running fine. The strap hasn’t gotten weird or cracked either, which surprised me.
I’m rough on everyday stuff, so that says a lot. I’ve had cheaper watches give out way sooner, and compared to those, this one just feels like… yeah, it’s held up better. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Warranty help was actually really good"
I had a problem with my Nixon watch after wearing it for a bit, and my first gut feeling was that the warranty process was going to be annoying.

But once I sent over the info they needed, they got back to me quickly. The whole thing felt straightforward, and they explained what was covered without making me chase answers.

It ended up getting handled faster than I expected. the support left me with a good feeling, and I’d be comfortable ordering from nixon.com again

"Fits really well"
I got my Nixon watch last week and it fits just right. It’s not too tight or bulky, and it’s comfy enough that I can wear it all day without really noticing it. Happy with it so far, no complants...

"I had a small issue with..."
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure how fast I’d hear back, but nixon’s customer service got back to me the same day. The person who replied was friendly and, like I said, it felt like they actually read my message instead of just sending some generic copy-paste response.
They handled it without turning it into a whole hassle, which I really appreciated. Like I said, it was just a small issue, but they made it easy, and I’m happy with how it all went. I’d order from them again...
